The Apache trout is unique to Arizona and is designated as Arizona’s state fish. Apache trout have an olive- yellow body, with a golden belly and black spots. They can grow to more than 20 inches in length and up to 5 pounds in hatcheries. The preferred Apache trout lures are; Caddis fly and Mayfly.
